Auroras's sole agent in UK Solar Vision was joined by York Central MP Rachael Maskell, Lord Mayor of York Reverend Councillor Chris Cullwick, and York's Sheriffs Lady Danielle Mason to inspect the newly installed solar lights along the promenade and youth cafe path at Hull Road Park. These 21 sets of vertical solar street light columns have been installed from scratch over the course of just this week. They will help keep local residents safe as they use the park through the evenings without disruption to the wildlife that inhabits the Environment Agency-controlled Osbaldwick Beck.
The power of the led light is 30W with model helios 30W with the battery mounted inside of the pole at the bottom. there is a motion sensor equipped in order to save energy. There are 2 pieces of 140W vertical solar module on each pole and using MPPT solar charge controller.
